We are looking for a reliable, passionate and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, maintaining excellent food presentation and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Managing kitchen preparation and service
• Stock control and minimising food wastage
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Assisting with menu planning and specials where required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a Chef
• Is reliable, punctual and well organised
• Works well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Has a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Takes pride in producing quality food
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Can work independently and take responsibility for their section

Relevant qualifications and experience are highly regarded.
