We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly organized Chef to direct and lead our culinary team with 1-5 years of culinary leadership experience.
Core Responsibilities

• Menu Development & Culinary Execution: Design, test, and implement innovative menus that align with our brand and appeal to our target clientele. Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated with consistent quality, flavor profile, and visual appeal.
• Kitchen Operations & Supervision: Oversee daily back-of-house (BOH) operations. Supervise, schedule, train, and mentor sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen prep staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Inventory & Financial Management: Monitor food costs, manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track inventory levels. Implement strict portion controls and waste-reduction strategies to maximize profitability.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health department regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety rules. Ensure routine cleaning, maintenance of kitchen equipment, and strict adherence to food labeling and storage protocols.
• Expediting & Service Control: Act as the lead expediter during peak dining hours to ensure optimal ticket times, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house (FOH) staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
