We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and innovative Senior Western Chef to lead our kitchen operations, create exciting new menus, and deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation.
• Develop and implement innovative, modern Western menus.
• Create new dishes, specials, and seasonal menus.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage kitchen staff, rosters, and daily operations.
• Control food costs, stock levels, and minimise wastage.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
• Bring fresh ideas and creativity to grow the restaurant’s food offering.
