Qualifications

• Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse culinary team effectively
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for innovative cuisine and presentation
• Experience in restaurant operations, including serving guests and managing food service workflows
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
