• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Seafood Experience: Confident handling, prepping, and cooking fresh fish and seafood.
• Station Versatility: Desirable experience working across multiple sections (Larder, Sauce, Pastry, etc.).
• The Right Attitude: A team player who stays calm under pressure and takes pride in every plate.
