Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Manage food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served
• Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of meals and customer satisfaction
• Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating current culinary trends
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Good understanding of food production processes and quality control measures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
