We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef to join our team at The Britannia Newcastle Airport Hotel. Our 105-room hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Newcastle International Airport as well as offering easy access to the city centre by public transport or car.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
• Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
• Adhering to our stock control procedures.
• Working effectively as part of a busy team.
• Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.

The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
