Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to prepare high-quality South Indian and Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes as per the menu and required standards.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and work area.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of raw materials.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Assist in menu preparation and suggest improvements or new dishes when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
