Salary : up to £29,328 pa

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise mise en place for service
• Deliver exceptional food for restaurant and banqueting operations
• Support, coach and develop junior chefs within the brigade
• Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CDP, ideally within a hotel environment
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
