The Opportunity

We have Commis / Demi / CdP positions available on a full-time or part-time basis.

We’re looking for talented, driven individuals with a creative edge, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the culinary industry, who are eager to develop their skills and grow within our team.

Our successful candidate will have:

• Minimum one year of experience in a venue of a similar calibre.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Clear, professional and effective communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure service periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
