Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in the Bakehouse at Charnley's. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and working with a team to create innovative dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional eager to showcase their skills.

Duties

• Daily kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen areas.
• Ensure timely service by coordinating with front-of-house staff to meet guest expectations.
• Monitor quality control during all stages of food preparation and serving to uphold brand standards.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or restaurant setting.
• Extensive background in food production, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Previous restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
