Duties

• Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, demonstrating excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
• Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Culinary experience with knowledge of various cuisines and techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant environments
• Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality services

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
