Chef

Tyacks Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef to join our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a passion for quality food, consistency, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food for hotel guests and members of the public.
• Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Support the Head Chef during service and food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
• The role offers 20-25 hours a week, including early morning starts for our breakfast service.

• Previous experience in a chef role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability, consistency, and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to evening, and weekend shifts.
