• Ensure consistency in recipes, portions, and food quality.

Requirements:

• Strong kitchen leadership and organizational skills.

• Good English is mandatory.

• Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety.

• Hands-on attitude and passion for teaching.

• Mediterranean cuisine experience is an advantage.
