Chef

We’re looking for skilled, professional chefs at different experience levels to join our restaurant team.

Our restaurant operates mainly during the day, serving cable park visitors, pool guests, families and groups. We’re seeking people who take pride in their work and want to help refresh our menu, improve food quality and maintain a well-organised kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

⁠ ⁠- Proven experience in professional kitchens, preferably in international cuisine and à la carte dining.

⁠ - ⁠Consistent taste, presentation and portion control, including during busy service.

⁠- ⁠Strong organisation, reliability and teamwork.

⁠- ⁠Practical knowledge of food hygiene and safety, including temperature control, safe storage, date labelling, stock rotation and prevention of cross-contamination.

For senior positions, we also require:

⁠ - ⁠Experience leading and training a kitchen team.

⁠ ⁠- Menu development, standardised recipes and dish costing.

⁠- ⁠Purchasing, stock control and food waste management.

⁠ ⁠- Ability to implement cleaning schedules, maintain food safety records and prepare the kitchen for inspections supporting restaurant licensing.

⁠ - ⁠Food safety/HACCP training and previous inspection experience are preferred.

What we offer:

Monthly salary: EGP 14,000–22,000, depending on experience and responsibilities.

Accommodation provided.

Transportation allowance provided.

Mainly daytime operations.
