Chef

We are looking for a professional, hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Chef. The ideal candidate has experience in Steak & Seafood preparation, possess excellent leadership qualities and is capable of making quick decisions while also working well in a fast-paced environment. Our restaurant is growing quickly and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic professional to join our team of Chefs who will help us maintain consistent quality.

Responsibilities:

• Know food safety and handling.
• Take and record customer orders.
• Prepare food items according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and cost controls.
• Prepare various foods using a variety of methods and techniques.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Communicate with customers to respond to questions and complaints.
• Accommodate customer needs and requests.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
