Penthouse is a growing hospitality and food service company focused on delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead kitchen operations and maintain our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to company standards
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep and service
• Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control of all menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development when required
• Manage inventory, reduce waste, and assist with ordering supplies
• Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for food, quality, and consistency
