Chef Manager – Leadership Opportunity with Path to Ownership

We are seeking an experienced Chef Managerwith a minimum of two years’ experience as a Chef or Sous Chef. Our restaurant offers stable ownership with four decades of experience at our current location. We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step — not just a job, but a long-term opportunity with potential for future management and ownership of both the business and the property.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations
• Maintain quality and consistency in all menu items
• Lead full menu development
• Manage, mentor, and train all BOH staff
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Manage food costs and ordering

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong high-volume kitchen experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
