The Royal Oak is a community owned country pub in Rushton Spencer, SK11 0SE. Our goal is to provide great food and drink to the community and local area as well as visitors and other holiday makers.

The Royal Oak is looking for a Chef to join our small kitchen team spearheaded by head chef/owner Ben Salman-Lord. The Chef will assist in the preparation of dishes and cooking during service, the preparation of menu dishes and assiting the other chefs to delivered to meals to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food in kitchen is prepped and ready to be served to the customers to the standard required by the Head chef.

Other duties include ensuring the proper storage of food products and storage of other kitchen supplies.Stocking inventory. Unpacking orders and delivering orders to customers. Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Chefing qualification desirable but not essential.
• A can do, enthusiastic attitude is ESSENTIAL

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits:

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
