- Support larger-scale catering operations within our event marquee.
- Maintain high standards of organisation and teamwork during busy functions.
Kitchen Standards and Operations
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Follow food safety procedures, allergen controls and kitchen operating standards.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, storage and minimising food waste.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean, safe and organised.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about food, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, pub or hospitality environment.

- An understanding of food hygiene, food safety and allergen awareness.
- The ability to remain organised and maintain consistent standards during busy service periods.
- A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the ongoing success of the kitchen.
