Chef / Cook – Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef / Cook to join our team at a modern lounge and café in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Western, Healthy, Mediterranean, and Café-style dishes and be able to work with a diverse menu.

Menu & Cuisine Experience:

• Healthy café items such as Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Salads, Toasties, and Detox Juices.
• Mediterranean and Arabic dishes including Hummus, Zaatar, Labneh, Shakshuka, Falafel, and Shawarma.
• Western and d Salads.
• Healthy food preparation using air-frying and healthier cooking methods.
• Experience with different sauces, dressings, fillings, and food preparation techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef / Cook is required.
• Experience in healthy cafés, restaurants, lounges, or similar establishments is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Western, Mediterranean, and healthy cuisine.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Creative, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
