Nudgee Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our friendly clubhouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, daytime shifts, and a positive working environment—with minimal nights and a strong work–life balance.

• Permanent part-time position with a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Mostly morning and lunch shifts, usually finishing around 3pm

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook our daily menu for members and guests
• Create fresh sandwiches, rolls, and wraps daily
• Cater for seminars, functions, and corporate golf days
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver great service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hospitality environment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to food safety
• A team player who performs well in a busy service environment
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to members’ needs
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
