Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef/Cook to prepare high-quality dishes, support menu development, and ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support buffet, banquet, and à la carte operations.
• Assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing (R&D).
• Monitor inventory, prepare purchase requests, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the Events and Purchasing teams for menu requirements.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering operation.
• Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Experience in buffet and banquet service is an advantage.
• Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
