Chef Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Chef/Cook (Multi-Site) to oversee kitchen operations at our main location while providing operational support to our other site as needed. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, Head Cook, or similar role in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or commissary.
• Proven experience managing kitchen operations independently.
• Strong background in Filipino cuisine, with working knowledge of Asian and Western dishes.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen administration.
• Willing to travel between Metro Manila, Tarlac, and other nearby locations as required.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and site support assignments.
• Food Safety, HACCP, or related certifications are preferred.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
