Chef De Cuisine (Docent Steak)

Chef De Cuisine The role of the Chef De Cuisine is to coordinate the work of the cooks and all other kitchen employees to economically and efficiently stay within budget labor costs. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant kitchen, encompassing operational duties and financial responsibilities, providing leadership and management of kitchen staff, and growing and developing the product and profitability of food items.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine role
• Fine Dining background
• Experience in menu creation
• Fine Dining cuisine background

Preferred Experience

• High Volume and Fast Paced experiential style dining
• Experience with high quality butcher cuts
