You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. We are looking for the Chef de Cuisine who is exceptional expertise in fish and seafood cuisine and a strong dedication to vegetable-forward cooking, you will combine tradition with innovation to turn the freshest ingredients into refined, elegant creations - join us at THE BARAI HUA HIN where wellbeing and inspiration meet by the sea!

Qualifications

• Ideally with a Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in international and upscale dining environments
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standards
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize kitchen workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Good command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and general computer literacy
