Mokoko Bakery

We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. We have a great part time opportunity for a Chef de Partie in our Newark Works bakery, situated near the river in Bath.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Baker, you will be responsible for the daily production of goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a 3 - 5 day working week, starting from 6:00am.
