Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie – Bakery to manage the bakery section, maintain product quality, and ensure the timely preparation of fresh bakery items across our F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of bread production, baking techniques, dough preparation, and bakery equipment.
- Experience supervising junior kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
