Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pre-Opening Team

We are looking for a Chef de Partie for a new all-day brunch opening in November on Soi Sukhumvit 31 in Bangkok. The venue has a restaurant, a coworking area, an activity area, and a wellness area.

You're here to run your section with precision, keep every plate consistent, and help build a kitchen that gets better every service

What You Will Do

• Run your assigned section during service, prep and cooking
• Prepare mise en place ahead of service to the required standard
• Plate dishes consistently, following recipes and presentation standards
• Keep your station clean and organized, respecting food safety and hygiene rules
• Coordinate with other sections and the head chef to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help train and support junior kitchen staff on your section

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Some experience with international cuisine
• Basic English required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ready to help build a new kitchen from the start, some things may change fast in the beginning
• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand
