Chef de Partie (CDP)

NAYA World Kitchen is recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to work across our world buffet and live cooking sections.

You will be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining food quality and ensuring dishes are prepared and replenished on time throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the preparation and operation of your section.
• Demonstrate strong knife, cutting and preparation skills.
• Produce food consistently to agreed recipes, presentation and portion standards.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Keep your workstation clean and organised during preparation and live service.
• Monitor buffet levels and ensure food is replenished at the correct time.
• Work confidently in front of customers within our live kitchen environment.
• Maintain temperature, allergen and food safety controls.
• Reduce waste and control portions.
• Support and train junior members of the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For

You should have previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis Chef and be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

Speed is important, but cleanliness, consistency and food quality must never be compromised.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
