Job Summary

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the store team for ingredient requirements.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
• Guide and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Follow FSSAI guidelines and company food safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in Vapi, Gujarat.
