Chef de Partie/ Chef

Duties

• manage multiple events taking place at the same time.

• Prepare a variety of Dishes according to recipes and standards as well as your own expirience

• 5 year experience minimum in a professional kitchens

• Platter foods with precision and creativity

• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely production

• Monitor inventory levels and manage production schedule

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment

• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as instructed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef/ manager or in a similar role within the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
