831 Coffee.co, our sister company, is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality breakfast and all-day dining experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and service.
• Able to lead, supervise, and train kitchen trainees and junior team members.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and SOP implementation.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining kitchen excellence.
• Domiciled in Bali is preferred.

Job Summary:
Lead daily kitchen operations, oversee breakfast service, maintain food quality and consistency, supervise the kitchen team, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
