Chef De Partie

Job Responsibilities

· Assist Chef with creation and preparation of cuisine in our Local / Western Kitchen

· Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled in line with Standard Operating Procedures to minimise wastage.

· Ensure safe and proper use of equipment and provide guidance to all culinary colleagues.

· Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure food presented to our guest is of highest quality standards.

Job Requirements

· At least 2 years relevant experience

· Team player but also able to work independently

· Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment

· Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
