JOB POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare and cook food according to approved recipes and standards.
• Manage and maintain an assigned kitchen station during operations.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency of dishes.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen stations for smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Culinary education or relevant training is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Organized, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
