Chef de Partie – Margo, Copenhagen

Margo is an Italian restaurant on Vesterbrogade, built around a nonna-style menu — the kind of food that's simple on paper and hard to get right. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen and take real ownership of a station.

The Role

You'll run your own station during service — prep, execution, cleanliness, pace — and work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep things tight and consistent night after night.

• Prep and execute dishes to Margo's recipes and standards
• Own your station during service, start to finish
• Keep hygiene and food safety in order, no shortcuts
• Back up the rest of the team when it gets busy
• Help newer kitchen staff find their feet

What We're Looking For

• Real experience running a station in a professional kitchen
• Someone who stays level-headed when service gets slammed
• An interest in Italian food that goes beyond the basics
• Someone who pulls their weight and helps others do the same
• Shows up on time, does the work properly
