Role Summary

The Chef de Partie (CDP) at 18 Suite Villa Kuta is a pivotal culinary leadership role responsible for supervising station operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. This position demands a blend of culinary artistry, operational efficiency, and strong team leadership to consistently deliver a premium, personalized dining experience for our villa guests.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury boutique villa, 4/5-star resort, or high-end restaurant.
• Educational background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Advanced expertise in Western, Asian, and authentic Indonesian/Balinese culinary techniques.
• Solid understanding of kitchen administration, food cost control, and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stress and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional discipline.
• Currently based in Bali or prepared for immediate relocation to the Kuta area.
