Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our luxury Italian dining operation.

This role will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section while supporting the daily in-house production of a growing café food range, including fresh bakery, salads, wraps, and other grab-and-go offerings. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, consistency, food safety standards, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality food items to established standards.
• Support daily production of café and restaurant menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality across all products.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance standards.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Preferably with knowledge of Italian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
• Experience in high-volume food production is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
