Chef de Partie

About the role

The Chambers is seeking an experienced Full-time Chef to join the kitchen brigade, bringing your skills and expertise to create and maintain an exceptional culinary offering across breakfast, brunch, lunch and private functions. This is an equally rewarding and challenging position suited to an experienced chef who enjoys a fast paced breakfast and lunch service, with early starts at 6am and afternoons free after 3:00pm on average. You will work a 40 hour work week with paid overtime on a weekly basis, working closely with both back and front of house.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain exceptional culinary offerings across breakfast, brunch, lunch and private functions
• Work in a fast paced breakfast and lunch service environment
• Demonstrate hands on approach as a successful team player
• Work closely with both back and front of house teams
• Deliver breakfast, brunch and lunch a la carte service
• Operate in a 7 day a la carte operation

About you

• 3+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience with Breakfast/brunch/lunch a la carte service
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Organised and quick learner
• Trade qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Team player with positive attitude
• Solutions driven with great work ethic
• Experience in a 7 day a la carte operation offering breakfast, lunch and private functions dinner
• Available long term (Ideally 12 Months or more)
