We are looking for a passionate, experienced and hard-working Chefs to help lead and potentially lead our Kitchen. Chefs are ensuring dishing being presented by the kitchen is, cooked, and presented with a wide range of authentic dishes according to traditional techniques and the establishment's standards. We are looking chefs with all types of different expertise.

• European Chef
• Indian Chef
• Chinese Cuisine Chef
• Thai Chef
• Dessert Chef

The role requires expertise in their specific role's ingredients, regional cooking methods, and consistent production of high-quality dishes and leadership qualities. You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

• Chef De Parties with the required and minium 3 years experience wage will start at £16.00ph

Service charge is added onto wages based on performance (extra 50p - £2 ph extra)

• Min 1 year cooking experience for junior chefs.
• Min 3 year cooking experience for other positions
• Be able to follow recipes.
• Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
• Able to maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Able to work independently.
