Previously the London College of Music's concert hall, Sucre's grand dining room is a stunning setting where we provide guests with a combination of traditional Latin American open fire cooking and modern refinement. We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de partie to join the brigade.
The Key Responsabilities Will Be
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
