Chef de Partie

About the role

Wilde is a new elevated casual dining concept in High Street, BGC, focused on modern European cuisine, featuring Spanish, Italian, and French influences. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate an assigned kitchen station efficiently
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Wilde's recipes and quality standards
• Supervise and guide Line Cooks within the assigned section
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Support smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service
• Assist the Sous Chef and/or Head Chef in maintaining operational excellence
• Help minimize food waste and control food costs

About you

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position
• Experience in European cuisine is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Ability to lead and work effectively with a kitchen team
• Organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
• Culinary or hospitality-related education/certification is an advantage
