Chef de Partie

The Weld Club, located adjacent to Perth’s Elizabeth Quay, is a prestigious private club offering two dining rooms, functions and accommodation.

This leading club is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the cold larder/pastry section. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including; preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast lunch and dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.

Key requirements for the position include:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified chef.
• Previous cold larder and pastry experience will be an advantage.
• A passion for creating premium quality food.
• Function and A la carte experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive Attitude & Innovative.
• Proven longevity in previous positions
