CHEF DE PARTIE

Position Title: Chef De Partie

Reports to: Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef

Location: Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full Time

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeps up to date on changes of the products and ensures to assist the kitchen team.
• Performs any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head chef.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulation
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
• Ensure proper mise en place and readiness of the assigned station before and during service.
• Play an integral role as part of the pioneering team, helping set the foundation for a successful kitchen operation and team culture.

Your experience and skills include:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position in the F&B industry
• A graduate of Hotel Management and Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
