In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare high-quality, visually appealing dishes across a range of stations in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine menu items
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Working on multiple different food offerings, with a substantial focus on function food
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and culinary knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant
• Strong working knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Passion for creating visually stunning and delicious dishes
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in pizza making advantageous
