About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard . As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.

Our Chefs de Partie are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.

Our ideal Chef de Partie

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie , in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
• Eager to learn and develop
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
