Chef de Partie

Zeta Thomas are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a high end, London restaurant

This is a well known celebrity haunt, handling a high volume of independent dining alongside a busy private events operation, so you will need to run an organised, efficient section.

The kitchen is headed up by an Executive Chef with global experience across fine dining and high-end venues.

What we're looking for:

Strong classical training, you know the fundamentals inside out

Experience working closely with commis chefs, keeping standards tight and output consistent

A sharp eye for detail, nothing sub standard leaves your section

Background in high end, fine dining restaurants or high end events is advantageous

Comfortable working evenings, shifts run 3pm-12am

A position in one of Central London's most exciting culinary venues, with a regular celebrity clientele

The chance to learn from a senior management team with global fine dining and high end night venue experience

The opportunity to assist with private events outside the main site

A kitchen culture that focuses on training and developing talent

Fixed shift pattern, 3pm-12am, so you know where you stand week to week
