Chef de Partie – The Three Horseshoes, Chapmanslade

The Three Horseshoes is a busy and well-established village pub in Chapmanslade, Wiltshire. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team.

We serve freshly prepared, high-quality pub food using good ingredients, with a strong focus on consistency, presentation and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
• Managing your section during busy services
• Supporting the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team
• Assisting with food preparation, stock rotation and deliveries
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Helping keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently
• Contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and daily specials

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a professional kitchen
• Be confident running a section independently
• Be organised, reliable and able to remain calm during busy services
• Have a genuine passion for preparing good-quality food
• Work well as part of a close-knit team
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
