Chef de Partie Wanted — The Windsor Castle, Maidenhead

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Windsor Castle, our recently refurbished pub in Maidenhead, serving quality, seasonal food.

The Role
You'll run your own section during service, working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards, day in, day out.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, in line with recipe specs
• Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
• Support with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar in a fast-paced kitchen (pub, restaurant, or similar setting)
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
• A genuine passion for good food and high standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• A team-player mentality and willingness to muck in

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
