We’re now on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section confidently and consistently, supporting the smooth running of service and delivering food you’re proud of. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and leadership to maintain our high standards and help push things forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to spec with accuracy and care
• Running your section efficiently during service
• Supporting prep and stock rotation to keep the kitchen organised
• Keeping your station clean, safe and fully compliant at all times
• Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver a smooth, calm service
• Supporting junior team members and helping to train new starters

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Commis ready to step up
• A real passion for food and consistent standards
• Calm and reliable under pressure
• A team player with good communication skills
• A genuine interest in growing and learning in a supportive kitchen
